Product Support:

Secure Shopping:

GreyDock.com guarantees that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. GreyDock.com uses SSL to secure customer credit card transactions. GreyDock.com has been issued a 128 Bit secure certificate which means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your credit card as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, We will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Transaction Protection:

We make every effort to ensure that your purchase experience at GreyDock.com is secure. We use state-of-the-art data encryption technology to protect against loss, misuse or alteration of your user information. Secure Socket Layers (SSLs) encrypt the information sent between your computer and our database. In addition, we use Internet fraud screening to protect credit card transactions.

GreyDock.com switches to secure pages whenever credit card or personal information is required when submitting an order. To be sure you're browsing secure pages, check your Web browser's status bar (located at the top or bottom of the window) for the closed padlock icon. This icon appears in the latest versions of Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Safari to tell you that you are viewing a secure web page. Also, all browsers display an "s" after the "http" (https://…) in the Web site address to indicate that you're in a secure environment.

We also protect your purchase by preventing the shipment of merchandise to a fraudulent address. All billing addresses are verified electronically and all alternate shipping addresses are verified manually. Any customer shipping to an address that differs from the billing address must put this alternate address on file with his or her credit card company. We then call the credit card issuer to verify that the customer has indeed put the information on file.

Pricing and Availability:

GreyDock.com makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. In-stock items are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours. We notify customers of backorders and out of stock items via email. Customers are notified of any order issues within one business day. Special and Custom orders may also take longer to process. Ask one of our Customer Service Representatives for shipping details when you place your order. Prices for each product are listed on the site.

Split Shipments:

Your order may be split and divided between carriers and therefore have separate delivery dates for the following reasons:

  • You ordered more than one item, one of which is oversized and must be shipped via freight
  • Your products are being shipped from different warehouses

Payment Methods:

GreyDock.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal as methods of payment.

Warranty Information:

GreyDock.com passes on the warranty of the manufacturer of the product. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing seller makes no warranty, either expressed or implied, as to the merchantability, fitness or suitability of any product sold.

Return Policy

At GreyDock.com our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the products we carry and customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you return your purchase.

To begin a return, please contact our customer service department via our contact form and ask for a Returned Goods Authorization. To process your return quickly, please provide the original order number. Once a Returned Goods Authorization number is issued, the returned product needs to be shipped within 14 business days to receive credit.

Most merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card, Pay Pal, etc.). Original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund unless the return is the result of an error by GreyDock.com. Customer is responsible for the cost of return freight.

Items should be returned in their original product packaging and in their original condition. On the outside of the shipping box, write the Returned Goods Authorization number and the appropriate return address; both of which will be provided to you upon contacting us. Please ensure that the package is fully sealed before shipping. We ask that the item be shipped either UPS or Insured Parcel Post. Using one of these methods will allow the package to be traced and the credit to process much quicker. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5 business days after the return center receives the item.

All orders are inspected prior to shipping to ensure that each item is free from defect. Our expert shipping team individually packages each and every item shipped; however, damage in transit may still occur. Please inspect all shipments as soon as they are received to ensure that the order arrived in pristine condition. Damaged or missing items must be reported to Customer Service within 14 business days of delivery by calling 1-855-832-7240 or notifying us via our contact form.

Holiday Returns Policy: Orders placed between November 1 and December 31 may be returned until January 31.

Return Policy Exceptions:

Due to sanitary considerations, toilet tanks, bowls and toilet seats will not be accepted for return.

Cancel or Change Order

At GreyDock.com we strive to ship all orders as soon as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee a cancellation request once the item(s) have been purchased.

If the item you wish to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled by you or by our customer service department. However, you may return the item subject to that item's return policy.
