We offer two secure order methods for your convenience. You can place an order online anytime or call one of our friendly customer service associates.

Low prices all day, every day: that’s our commitment to you. We don’t believe in marking up our products just to give you a big discount later. We do run sales though – we’ll post the coupon code on our site.

There’s a discount code box in the shopping cart. If you’re using a PC, you’ll be able to enter the code before checking out. If you’re on your phone, be sure to scroll down! It’s toward the bottom of the page.

Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also find your order status or track your order 24/7 in the account dashboard.

We don’t include any invoices or pricing information in our orders.

We strive to ship orders as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee we’ll be able to pull yours before it enters the shipping process, but feel free to reach out and we’ll see what we can do.

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states.

We have warehouses located from coast to coast to get your order to you as fast as possible.

If your order status shows as delivered but you haven’t received your package, here’s what to do.

First verify that the shipping address is correct. You can find it in your account page.

Next, check the front porch, side door, back porch or garage area. The delivery driver might’ve left the package there to protect it from theft or bad weather. Also be sure to check with others at your address or neighbors in case they accepted it.

If it still hasn’t shown up after three days, please let us know. We’ll provide assistance to make sure you get your package safely!


Most products can be returned within 30 days of purchase. We don’t accept returns for toilet tanks, bowls and seats for sanitary reasons. Items purchased between November 1 and December 31 may be returned until January 31. Read more here.

You’ll need a return material authorization (RMA) which you can find in your account dashboard. Click Request New RMA, select the order you’d like to return, and fill out the required information.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after the return center receives the item.

We aim to pack your order so it arrives in excellent condition. Keeping that in mind, damage in transit may occur. Reach out to our customer service team within 14 business days of delivery and we’ll figure out a solution.

We aren't big fans of restocking fees at GreyDock. You won’t have to worry about them for most products we carry, but some vendors require it.

Returns from Dimond, Dimond Home, ELK Lighting, Mirror Masters, TOTO, Cahaba, Premier Copper and Novatto are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
