We are a little ways into 2017, which can only mean one thing… it’s time to look at color trends in the home!

According to Behr, this year’s paint palette will feature a variety of sophisticated colors and hues. Behr has divided its color forecast into three easy categories for 2017: Confident, Composed and Comfortable.

Social butterflies and those with a creative personality may identify with the Confident color choices, this year those consist of blues, reds and bright greens. These are fantastic color choices for capturing you attention and sparking your creativity. The Composed color palette includes calming taupe’s and earthy greens, perfect for those looking for a traditional style or décor in a more modern space. Blues, yellows and pinks will make up the Comfortable palette. This color selection is best for those looking for a splash of color without being too lively.

Here are some excellent rooms to use for inspiration and get an idea of what each color palette has to offer. We can't wait to see what the rest of 2017 has in store!
