A+ Quality!
I've been meaning to replace my entry knob with something a little nicer and the Pacific Heights lever was just what I needed. Very easy to install, took maybe 15 minutes? But it looks amazing. We installed about half a year ago and it still looks brand new. Quality is great.

Functions and Looks Great
Purchased the Pacific Heights series for my house this fast summer and I am very impressed. These locks work great and are a major step up compared to the door locks I had in the past. The entry comes in right and left and the others are interchangeable for locking on the right or the left. I almost didn't catch that so FYI. FIVE STARS.
